MEMBANGUN KINERJA UMKM MALANG RAYA BERBASIS KETERLIBATAN PEKERJAAN DAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE DI PASAR GLOBAL

Abstract

Paradigma baru, strategi berbasis human resource merupakan aspek penting sebagai nilai tambah yang mutlak dibutuhkan SDM seperti UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan keberlanjutan dari hasil penelitian tahun 2017. Menggunakan model komparatif antara UMKM di Malang Raya, dengan UMKM yang berkembang diwilayah Jawa Timur berbasis kinerja karyawan UMKM. Populasi penelitian 2.790 karyawan UMKM yang berkembang pada wilayah tertentu di Jawa Timur. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin pada presisi 5%. Perhitungan dalam area sampling ini ditetapkan yaitu 846 orang karyawan UMKM. Metode analisis data, GSCA Multi-Group. Hasil penelitian, bahwa kebijakan untuk pengembangan kinerja UMKM di Malang Raya faktor QWL dan keterlibatan pekerjaan secara fisik dan psikologis sangat mempengaruhi. Sementara hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan UMKM merasa aman, nyaman dan puas karena dioptimalkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam UMKM tempat bekerja, selalu dikembangkan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, karyawan merasa dilibatkan pada kebijakan UMKM untuk mencapai kesuksesan UMKM. Dampak lebih lanjut, bahwa karyawan UMKM merasa percaya diri dengan pekerjaannya.
