Abstract


kegagalan untuk menyelesaikan tugas atau pekerjaan tertentu (atau melakukan tindakan yang tidak sah) yang dapat mengganggu jadwal operasi atau mengakibatkan kerusakan pada objek dan peralatan Metode SHERPA (Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk meminimalisir tingkat kecelakaan kerja, tujuannya untuk mengevaluasi kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan manusia dalam menyelesaikan tugas tertentu. Metode JSA (Job Safety Analysis) merupakan suatu prosedur yang digunakan untuk mengkaji ulang metode dan mengidentifikasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan dan mengkoreksi sebelum terjadi kecelakaan. dapat diketahui bahwa pada proses Pengecoran, revisi Molding area, Corridor area, serta pemasangan wide flange dan Galvalum replace mempunyai tingkat human error yang tinggi
