PENGARUH IKLIM ETIKA TERHADAP KINERJA PELAYANAN YANG DIMEDIASI KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini menjelaskan pengaruh iklim etika terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional dengan melakukan studi pada pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tulungagung.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tulungagung. Teknik penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan “Probability Samplingâ€, dan metode penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah “Simple Random Samplingâ€.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 64 orang.Data diproses melalui software SPSS for Window dan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim etika berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan.Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan.Iklim etika berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional pegawai Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Tulungagung.Kata Kunci : iklim etika, komitmen organisasional, kinerja pelayanan, analisis jalur AbstractThis article describes the influence of the ethical climate on the performance of services mediated by organizational commitment by conducting studies on employees of the Tulungagung Primary Tax Service Office.  The population in this study is all employees of the Tulungagung Primary Tax Service Office. The sample withdrawal technique in this study used "Probability Sampling", and the sample withdrawal method in this study was "Simple Random Sampling". The respondents in this study were 64 people. Data is processed through SPSS for Window and Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) software. The results showed that the ethical climate had a direct effect on organizational commitments, but had no effect on service performance. Organizational commitment affects service performance. Ethical climate affects service performance mediated organizational commitment of employees of The Office of Tax Services Pratama Tulungagung.Keywords: Ethical Climate, Organizational Commitment, Service Performance,  Path Analysis.
