Pengaruh Public Service Motivation Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening

AbstrakRiset ini memiliki tujuan adalah guna mengetahui Pengaruh Public Service Motivation Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (studi kasus pada karyawan Kecamatan Singosari Malang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari objek atau individu yang memiliki karakteristik sifat tertentu yang akan diteliti. Populasi juga disebut universum (universe) yang berarti keseluruhan, dapat berupa benda hidup atau benda mati. Populasi (N) dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Kecamatan Singosari Malang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian individu yang diteliti yang memiliki karakteristik sama dengan populasi, jika jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, maka seluruh populasi dapat dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sehingga sampel penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi, atau juga dikenal dengan sensus, yakni 38 orang. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 orang. Data diproses melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Public Service Motivation Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dan juga komitmen organisasi yang kuat, sehingga membuat anggota dapat bekerja dengan aman, nyaman, disiplin, dan efektif yang dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik pada organisasi.Kata Kunci: Public Service Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Public Service Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (a case study on employees of Singosari District, Malang). The population in this study is the whole of objects or individuals who have certain characteristics to be studied. The population is also called the universe (universe) which means the whole, it can be either living or inanimate objects. The population (N) in this study were employees in the Singosari District of Malang, amounting to 38 people. The sampling technique in this study is that some of the individuals studied have the same characteristics as the population, if the total population is less than 100, then the entire population can be used as a research sample. So that the sample of this study took the entire population, or also known as the census, which was 38 people. Respondents in this study were 38 people. The data is processed through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that the Effect of Public Service Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. It can increase high job satisfaction and also strong organizational commitment, so that members can work safely, comfortably, disciplined, and effectively which can make a good contribution to the organization.Keywords: Public Service Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Intervening VariablesReferences
