EKSTRAK BIJI SIRSAK (Annona muricata) SEBAGAI PENGENDALI HAMA ULAT GRAYAK (Spodoptera litura) PADA BUDIDAYA KAILAN (Brassica oleracea) VAR ALLBOGLABRA

Spodoptera litura, juga dikenal sebagai ulat grayak, merupakan serangga hama bagi berbagai tanaman termasuk hama kailan (Brassica oleracea). Ekstrak biji sirsak (Annona muricata) (EBS) memiliki sifat insektisida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji in vitro maupun in vivo mengenai efek EBS terhadap Spodoptera litura dan Brassica oleracea var. Allboglabra. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juli 2023. Perlakuan terdiri dari K0 = Kontrol (tanpa EBS), K1 = 1 % EBS, K2 = 2 % EBS, K3 = 3 % EBS, K4 = 4 % EBS, K5 = 5 % EBS. Parameter pengamatan terdiri dari mortalitas S. litura in vitro (%), mortalitas S. litura in vivo (%), intensitas serangan S. litura (%), tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), bobot segar tanaman (g), dan indeks panen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam, bila berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa mortalitas S. litura in vitro dan in vivo meningkat mengikuti konsentrasi EBS dan waktu setelah aplikasi. Konsentrasi EBS 1% sudah efektif dalam mengendalikan mortalitas S. litura. Meningkatnya konsentrasi EBS berdampak menurunkan intensitas serangan S. litura. Kecuali indeks panen, parameter pertumbuhan tanaman kailan seperti tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar, dan bobot kering kailan tidak dipengaruhi oleh konsentrasi EBSReferences
