INDIKATOR KINERJA INOVASI PADA STARTUP

Indikator kinerja merupakan salah satu untuk penting pengukuran kinerja sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan suatu inovasi. Startup, sebagai salah satu unit bisnis penggerak perekonomian bangsa perlu terus menerus berinovasi agar memiliki keunggulan bersaing sehingga mampu memenangkan pasar. Inovasi cukup sulit diukur karena cukup banyak komponen yang dapat menjadi penunjang inovasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan identifikasi indikator kinerja dengan menggunakan metode gabungan yaitu wawancara dan perhitungan bobot indikator melalui Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil wawancara, diperoleh sepuluh indikator. Kemudian dengan AHP, dapat ditentukan tiga indikator dengan bobot kriteria tertinggi yaitu jumlah teknologi, jumlah keikutsertaan pameran, dan menerima hal baru.References
