TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TERHADAP ALIH TEKNOLOGI BAYAM MERAH SEBAGAI SUPLEMEN MAKANAN BALITA DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19

Latar belakang: pandemi covid-19 diperlukan dengan menjaga pola makan yang memiliki nilai gizi seimbang, sangat penting untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh yang baik sehingga dapat melindungi balita dari paparan virus. Kebutuhan nutrisi harian balita memegang peranan penting dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak. Zat gizi yang dibutuhkan terdiri dari komponen zat gizi makronutrien terdiri dari karbohidrat, protein, lemak sedangkan zat gizi mikronurien terdiri dari vitamin dan mineral. Kebutuhan asupan gizi seimbang harian balita dengan melengkapi keragaman kandungan gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian: mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang alih teknologi bayam merah sebagai suplemen makanan balita. Metode penelitian:kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden diambil secara acak di wilayah RW 14 Perum Greenview Malang pada periode Agustus-September 2021. Hasil penelitian: tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan pretes dan post tes. Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0.000<0.05. Kesimpulan: terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang alih teknologi olahan bayam merah sebagai suplemen makanan pada balita. Proses penyampaian pendidikan kesehatan secara daring selama 12 jam dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita dalam pengolahan varian bayam merah sebagai suplemen makanan balita di lingkungan RW 14 Greenview Malang.References
