IMPLICATIONS OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP-BASED CREATIVE ECONOMY ON INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOUR: SCOPING REVIEW

Era digital saat ini telah merubah paradigma dalam berwirausaha salah satunya dengan menerapkan ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital leadership dan innovative work behavior. Tujuannya adalah mengimplementasikan ekonomi kreatif berbasis kepemimpinan digital terhadap innovative work behavior. Pendekatan scoping review digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola utama dalam interaksi antara Digital Leadership, Creative Economy, Innovative Work Behavior dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber artikel ilmiah yang telah dipublikasikan di Elsevier, Springer, Emerald.com, dan Taylor & Francis melalui fitur publish or perish. Analisis data terdiri dari pertama, telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Kedua, telah dilakukan sumber informasi dan strategi pencarian melalui tools publish or perish dengan kata kunci Digital Leadership, Creative Economy, Innovative Work Behavior. Ketiga, telah melakukan seleksi artikel. keempat, telah mengumpulkan data. Kelima, sintesa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital leadership mampu menjadi faktor pendorong individu ataupun kelompok dalam berpikir kreatif, berkolaborasi, dan menghasilkan ide-ide baru dengan cara berperilaku kerja inovatif. Perilaku kerja inovatif juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja yang inovatif di lingkungan ekonomi kreatif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan keilmuan di bidang kepemimpinan dan ekonomi kreatif agar dapat membentuk budaya organisasi yang selalu berinovasi.References
