FLUID ORGANISATION: THE DYNAMICS OF HUMAN CAPITAL, ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE, AND LEADERSHIP STYLE IN THE ERA OF MANAGERIAL POSTMODERNISM

Konsep "Fluid Organisation" menjadi sangat penting untuk memahami hubungan yang kompleks antara budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan human capital di era manajemen posmodern. Dalam artikel ini, peneliti melihat berbagai perubahan yang terjadi ketika sebuah perusahaan mengadopsi paradigma kontemporer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel dan dinamis. Fluid organisation, menekankan keberlanjutan dan inovasi, memungkinkan human capital berkembang melalui kerja sama dan eksplorasi individu. Budaya organisasi kontemporer sangat penting untuk membangun identitas kolektif yang fleksibel, memungkinkan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan lingkungan luar. Gaya kepemimpinan menunjukkan sifat adaptif dan terbuka terhadap variasi. Kepemimpinan saat ini, telah berkembang menjadi lebih dari sekedar struktur hierarki; sekarang, kepemimpinan berfungsi sebagai katalisator untuk perubahan dan inovasi. Dalam artikel ini, membahas beberapa cara fluid organisation dapat meningkatkan nilai melalui pemberdayaan human capital, pelibatan kepemimpinan yang fleksibel, dan integrasi budaya organisasi yang dinamis. Artikel ini menjelaskan ide-ide tersebut dan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana organisasi dapat memaksimalkan potensi manusia untuk menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di era manajemen kontemporer.References
