Penelitian ini merupakan interdependensi holistik dan terintegrasi dalam rancangan human resources strategy dan teori marketing strategy. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari hasil penelitian Hermawati dan Puji Suci (2017) strategi pengembangan kinerja organisasi berbasis metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Analytic Hierarcical Process (AHP). Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dan memperoleh bukti empiris, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan sejauh mana aspek SDM terintegrasi berfungsi dalam optimalkan kinerja SDM UMKM sektor Pariwisata untuk daya saing pariwisata berkelanjutan di Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian dengan, pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian melibatkan 200 karyawan UMKM sektor pariwisata. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah, GSCA dengan pendekatan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian, terdapat kontribusi yang berarti Kinerja SDM Terintegrasi terhadap Kinerja SDM UMKM Pariwisata. Artinya, semakin tinggi Kinerja SDM Terintegrasi, akan mengakibatkan semakin tingginya Kinerja SDM UMKM Pariwisata.References
