AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah kualitas sumber daya manusia maupun kedisiplinan yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi menguatnya komitmen.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui deskripsi variabel penelitian. Sedangkan SEM PLS digunakan untuk menguji delapan hipotesis yang diajukan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 80 karyawan Departemen Produksi PT Domusindo Pandaan.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, baik kualitas sumber daya manusia maupun kedisiplinan yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi komitmen.Kata kunci:  Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Kedisiplinan, Komitmen dan Kinerja Karyawan, Departemen Produksi PT Domusindo Pandaan.  ÂReferences
