AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Teknik sampel adalah sensus, yakni 23 orang Pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kepemimpinan  memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan dengan Dukungan Organisasi. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi.ÂReferences
