Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan suatu kerangka kerja konseptual yang menggambarkan hubungan variabel-variabel budaya organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kinerja. Artikel ini mempresentasikan beberapa konsep teori dari budaya organisasi, perilaku organisasi, dan kinerja. Akhirnya beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati tentang hubungan variabel-variabel budaya organisasi, perilaku organisasi, dan kinerja sangatlah diharapkan untuk mengembangkan tujuan penelitian. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior, kinerja. Abstract: The purpose of this article is to describe a conceptual framework that describes the relationship between the variables of organizational culture, organizational citizen behavior, and performance. This article presents theoretical concepts from organizational culture, organizational behavior, and performance. Finally, some related research on the variables-variables-organizational-culture, behavior-organization, and performance-is expected to develop research objectives. Keywords: organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior, performance.
