Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang semakin baik maupun budaya organisasi yang semakin kuat akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui mediasi menguatnya motivasi. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 150 pegawai di Direktorat Keuangan dan Administrasi Umum Rsj Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang. Setelah dilakukan Analisis Jalur, penelitian ini menemukan  gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui menguatnya motivasi. Begitu juga dengan semakin kuatnya budaya organisasi juga mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalu menguatnya motivasi.References
