Abstract

Cow's milk is an important economic commodity for the Ngantang District, Malang Regency community, some of whom work as dairy farmers under the auspices of the Joint Business Group (KUB) dairy farmers "Mustarika Jaya Makmur." Since 2017, cow's milk production has decreased quite significantly, apart from the decrease in the number of cattle farmers and dairy cows, as well as because the quality of cow's milk has not met the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in terms of nutritional value. In addition, more than 40% of dairy farmers are currently elementary school (SD) graduates with limited knowledge in dairy cow maintenance, so they cannot produce cow milk quality by SNI. Community Service activities aim to provide increased knowledge and insight through training in making complete feed (comfeed) to improve dairy cow food nutrition so that it can produce dairy cow milk quality per SNI. The comfeed training was carried out on October 5, 2024 and was attended by 14 KUB "Mustarika Jaya Makmur" dairy farmers and related partners.
