PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN IMPLEMENTASI MACHINE LEARNING BAGI SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 BANGIL DENGAN TEACHABLE MACHINE

Technological advancements in the Industry 5.0 era are increasing the demand for a workforce with basic knowledge of Machine learning. SMK Negeri 1 Bangil also needs to better prepare its graduates to compete in the job market or pursue higher education. However, students' understanding of Machine learning concepts and applications remains limited. To address this challenge, an Introduction to Machine learning training was conducted to equip students with fundamental knowledge using the Teachable Machine platform. The training covered the creation of object, sound, and pose detection models while providing insights into the application of this technology in various industrial and academic sectors. The method used was hands-on learning with an interactive approach. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test to measure students' understanding before and after the training. The results showed a significant improvement in students' comprehension of Machine learning concepts, as evidenced by increased post-test scores. Additionally, students received access to digital learning materials for further development and were encouraged to create independent Machine learning projects. This training is expected to enhance students’ readiness for technology-driven careers and provide valuable insights for those pursuing higher education in Informatics EngineeringDownloads
