Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals telah menjadi topik yang hangat akhir-akhir ini dalam bidang ilmu manajemen terlebih pada manajemen sumber daya manusia atas kontribusi pada sektor organisasi yang berbasis sustainable. Tujuan makalah ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui eksistensi perkembangan dan visualisasi Sustainable Development Goals dan Organizational pada tahun 2016-2021 dengan menggunakan jenis kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan aplikasi publish or perish. Sedangkan, analisis data menggunakan aplikasi vosviewers. Temuan makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa visualisasi Sustainable Development Goals memiliki korelasional dengan Organizational. Temuan korelasional ini menjadi tren peneliti sampai dengan tahun 2030.
