DAMPAK KOMPENSASI DAN LMX (LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE) TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA SERTA IMPLIKASINYA PADA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of compensation and LMX (leader member exchange) to increase organizational commitment, either directly or through mediation of job satisfaction.Partial Least Square (PLS) quantitative approach was used to analyze the data of 30 employees of the Financial and Asset Management Agency of Pasuruan City, which was taken by census.Empirical findings obtained that the increasing compensation is able to encourage increased organizational commitment, either directly or through mediation of job satisfaction. Likewise, the increase in LMX is also able to encourage an increase in organizational commitment, both directly and through job satisfaction mediation. This finding also explains the strong role of job satisfaction as a mediation. This result is supported by descriptive statistics on compensation, LMX, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, all of which have high average scores.Keywords: Compensation, LMX, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan kompensasi dan LMX (leader member exchange) dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja.Pendekatan kuantitatif Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data 30Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kota Pasuruan, yang diambil secara sensus.Temuan empiris yang diperoleh bahwakompensasi yang semakin meningkat mampu mendorong peningkatankomitmen organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Begitu juga dengan, peningkatan LMX juga mampu mendorong peningkatan komitmen organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini sekaligus menjelaskan kuatnya peranan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi.Hasil ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif kompensasi, LMX, kepuasan kerja, sertakomitmen organisasiyang semuanya memiliki nilai rata-rata tinggi.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, LMX, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi.  ÂReferences
