Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of self-efficacy in increasing organizational citizenship behavior and on burnout, both directly and through OCB mediation. This type of research was quantitative. The method used SEM-PLS. Data were obtained through questionnaires that had distributed to 32 employees Regional Disaster Management Agency of Batu City. The empirical evidence showed  that higher self efficacy was able to encourage organizational citizenship behavior and increase burnout. In addition, OCB was able to act as a strong mediator of the effect of self-efficacy on burnout. This finding was supported by the descriptive statistics of the three research variables that obtained a high average respondent's response. They were able to conduct tasks in level indicators, defended the organization from threats in loyalty indicators, and work all day long in emotional exhaustion indicators.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Burnout.. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris kemampuan self efficacy dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behaviour maupun terhadap burnout, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi OCB. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 32 Pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Batu. Bukti empiris yang diperoleh adalah  self efficacy yang semakin tinggi mampu mendorong peningkatan organizational citizenship behaviour maupun terhadap burnout. Selain itu, OCB mampu berperan sebagai mediasi yang kuat atas pengaruh self efficacy terhadap burnout. Temuan ini didukung oleh statistik deskriptif ketiga variabel penelitian yang mendapatkan tanggapan responden rata-rata tinggi, yang didukung oleh mampu mengerjakan tugas dalam indikator level, membela organisasi dari ancaman dalam indikator loyalitas, serta bekerja sepanjang hari menyusahkan dalam indikator emotional exhaustion.. Kata kunci: Self Efficacy, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, Burnout.
