Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep ilmu gamifikasi dalam studi literatur. Konsep yang dibahas meliputi konsep dasar gamifikasi berdasarkan pendapat para peneliti dan disajikan grafik kecenderungan penerapan gamifikasi dalam beberapa bidang selama periode tahun 2015 -2019. Empat model gamifikasi juga diuraikan dengan menjelaskan konsep dasar, cara kerja, dan model yang terbaik saat ini berdasarkan literatur yang diulas dalam artikel ini. Beberapa elemen gamifikasi dijelaskan dalam dua kategori berdasarkan studi literatur yang terlibat. Peneliti menemukan bahwa Game dan Gamifikasi memiliki definisi yang berbeda sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu referensi bagi penelitian bidang gamifikasi, serta ditemukan bahwa penelitian gamifikasi masa dengan telah diuraikan sebagai informasi untuk pengembangan gamifikasi yang dapat juga dikombinasikan dengan berbagai bidang untuk menghasilkan solusi yang ditargetkan yaitu meningkatkan retensi pengguna.
