About the Journal

Widya Yuridika: Jurnal Hukum, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Widya Gama, Malang, Indonesia, as a forum of scientific publications for legal scientists and humanities who have a concentration in the field of law and human rights. Each of the issue has more than five manuscripts both on review and research manuscripts use English and Indonesian language.
This Journal will describe the trends that occur in the national and international community that must be accommodated in policies and some structuring of legal sub-systems that are adaptive to these conditions. The development of law in the system of national and state life is in line with the dynamics of the development of its society, and is not immune to the influences that occur around it, both trends that develop in national and international communities and the mainstreaming of local wisdom to the region.
All manuscripts must be submitted by Widya Yuridika: Jurnal Hukum's OJS system.

Manuscripts Submission

The publication schedule adjusts the quota and standard processes in the journal. Each issue has five or more manuscripts in either review or research manuscripts. Due to the increasing number of manuscripts submitted to Widya Yuridika: Jurnal hukum, the journal policy in 2023 will publish three times a year starting from Volume (6), precisely in April, August, and December. Furthermore, the journal publication process refers to the completion of the journal management process. The hope is to be able to accommodate the novelty of the theme and disseminate knowledge. Widya Yuridika: Jurnal Hukum will display innovative journal cover displays and manuscript layouts according to developments. These changes will begin consistently at the beginning of the volume in the publication year until the last number on the issue volume. Read more about Manuscripts Submission
